Silver: $50
     A Silver sponsor receives a CME maroon pen with silver lettering and the sports collage.

Gold: $100
     In addition to the pen and sports collage, the Gold sponsor receives a 5x7 notepad with the CME logo.

National Champion: $250
     This level receives a CME embroidered golf shirt, the sports collage and your choice of embroidered CME cap or visor.

World Champion: $500
     A World Champion sponsor receives the embroidered golf shirt, cap/visor, sports collage and a golf umbrella.

Olympian: $1,000
     In addition to the golf shirt, cap/visor, sports collage and golf umbrella, you will receive a canvas tote bag with the CME logo.
